Therefore, it is extremely important to be aware of the fact that more than 70% of all substances contained in water, in this way, directly enter into the bloodstream and subsequently into all organs in the body. When swimming in the pool or during a stay in the wellness centre, when we have stretched pores thanks to the whirlpool, sauna, etc., this volume is of course many times larger.
